We are currently seeking a Part-TimeProgram Operations Coordinator for this Grant Funded rolewho will support research, and evaluation to the Delaware CTR ACCEL Program Grant. This individual will assist in the research process by crafting and delivering study protocols that incorporate revisions as a part of the development process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership of research grants and or technical assistance to projects, including handling all consultative services for Delaware CTR ACCEL Program.
Provides mentorship on data collection and survey design, mainly projects developed within REDCap (a web-based survey tool with robust data collection and management abilities.)
Leads data collection, generates data summaries, and disseminates findings through submission of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
Produces literature searches for faculty members and research programs.
Updates department tracking information for research projects and scholarly activities for all faculty and staff.
Prepares, submits and maintains up to date IRB documentation for all projects.
Participates in writing grants, finding opportunities and strategic partnerships, and developing budgets.
Assists in facilitating monthly community-engaged research and evaluation team updates via developing reports and keeping internal and external team members up to date with process and outcomes deliverables.
Assists in the development of research/evaluation principle lectures and trainings.
Responsible for annual Community Research Exchange symposium.
Works closely and assists grant applicants' system-wide to assure compliance with application and system standards.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Familiarity with basic concepts of health research and performance improvement preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
