Position Summary:
The Quality Metrics Program Manager is responsible for the administrative oversight and development of system-level quality metrics programs and platforms. The Program Manager develops and implements strategic plans/programs to optimize systems processes and platforms throughout the data life cycle. This includes partnering with stakeholders on scoping the work, developing specifications, writing reports and queries, leading validation, and supporting high-quality data visualization and submission to external agencies and vendors (where applicable). The Program Manager partners to implement tools and techniques that drive the use of ID-PDSA, accepted performance improvement methods and High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles and practices.Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years of experience in a health care data analyst or health care metrics role, to include developing and writing data queries required
Previous experience with Epic, to include Crystal and Clarity reports as well as Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer preferred
Previous experience with computerized information systems (email, MS Office including Excel, healthcare data and benchmarking systems, etc.) required
Previous experience with managing the life cycle of large data sets including data identification, build, validation, visualization, submission, and reporting to both internal partners and external customers/agencies requiredEducation/Licenses/Certifications:
