Position Summary:
The HP Coordinator provides on-going support to the Director of HP Consultative Services and the HP Business Consulting team in managing all activities related to daily HP relations issues, including employee investigations, grievance/arbitration process, employee engagement, performance management, leader training, administration and compliance with policies and established bargaining unit agreements. In addition, the HP Coordinator collaborates with the team regarding system policies, team goals and objectives and team performance. Serves as first line Tier 3 advisor/responder for complaints and concerns received in the Employee Resource Center, as well as support in investigations and first step grievances. Work situations are extremely varied and require focused attention to compile, research, analyze, and make recommendations based on his/her findings. The incumbent must be an exceptional service-oriented individual, who has solid organizational skills, high attention to detail, composition and writing skills, and problem analysis skills. The position requires extensive internal contacts with all levels throughout the health system, often involving confidential and complex issues. External contacts include attorneys, consultants, and outside agencies.Minimum Requirements:
One year of professional-level experience in human resources
Two years of administrative experienceEducation/Licenses/Certifications:
Associates Degree in related field
