This is a remote position.
This is a temporary/contract position for a 6-month period with the potential to extend the contract based on business needs.
You.
You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Contract Talent Sourcing Strategist.
Youâ™re equally comfortable with passive recruiting, recruitment marketing, new and evolving technology and social media.
Us.
Our Sourcing team consists of 8 Sourcing Strategists who focus on a variety of service lines and special project work, reporting directly to the System Director of Talent Attraction and Sourcing with SCL Health. As a Contract Talent Sourcing Strategist, you would have the ability to impact critical hiring needs across the organization.
SCL Health is a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to improving the health of the people and communities we serve, especially those who are poor and vulnerable. Founded by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth in 1864, our $2.8 billion health network provides comprehensive, coordinated care through eight hospitals, more than 150 physician clinics, and home health, hospice, mental health and safety-net services primarily in Colorado and Montana. We relentlessly focus on delivering safe, high-quality, effective care to every patient, every time, everywhere.
We.
Together weâ™ll align mission and careers, values and workplace. Weâ™ll encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.
Weâ™ll laugh at each otherâ™s jokes (even the bad ones). Weâ™ll hello and high five. Weâ™ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
Weâ™re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
Your day.
As a Talent Sourcing Strategist you need to know how to:
- Source, quality and influence talent for career opportunities across our healthcare system.
- Develop clearly-defined recruitment and sourcing strategies and set expectations in partnership with the recruitment team.
- Creatively and proactively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive talent and the SCL Health candidate databases to identify, screen and create talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Represent SCL Health in the most accurate and appropriate manner to all candidates and create an exceptional candidate experience.
Your experience.
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
- Bachelorâ™s degree in Human Resources, business or related and/or Associateâ™s degree with equivalent experience, required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in full cycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing, required.
- High proficiency in sourcing tools, required including: social media, cold calling, professional networking, blogging, Career and Professional Association sites and Boolean searches.
