The HR Analyst, Metrics/Reports is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to HRIS including, but not limited to: ad hoc report development, internal and external reporting, responding to metrics surveys and Federal and State reporting including quarterly unemployment tax reporting and EEO-1 reporting. The HR Analyst, Metrics/Reports also responds to HRIS related questions, assists with Infor system upgrades and HRIS systems implementations, prepares and submits weekly vendor interface files, prepares and distributes departmental communications, maintains and updates internal procedures and ensures data integrity through routine employee data maintenance and audits.Experience with Infor GHR, Infor List View Reports and Birst reports preferred.Experience Requirements:
2 Years Human Resources Required - And 1 Year Analysis - Data Preferred - And Human Resources Information Systems Required - And Information Technology - Report Writing PreferredEducation Required:
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Or Business Administration Or Related Field RequiredLicensure/Certification Requirements:
