Primary Function:

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support basic to complex data structures and strategic decision, and support applications used to identify and advance key performance improvement initiatives to meet the analytic needs of the organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to develop and refine data mart and analytic application specifications.

• Facilitates database design sessions in the company of business customers and peer designers.

• Provisions data from source systems into various layers of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) core to support specific analytic requirements and applications.

• Conducts analysis, design and implementation within a basic to moderately complex database and business environment.

• Configures and develops extract, transform and load (ETL) routines to move data from source systems into the various layers of the EDW.

• Captures and maintains metadata associated with these data structures in compliance with overall EDW design standards and principles.

• Develops, implements, and maintains BI/analytic applications in accordance with analytic design standards.

• Works collaboratively with members of improvement teams and provides technical support to develop and refine analytic application specifications.

• Designs and implements optimal data presentation/visualization in compliance with Business Intelligence (BI) standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Working knowledge of industry application development methodologies, tools and techniques, including agile.

• Educated in source system assessments and data quality analysis.

• Knowledge of databases, data warehouse and data mart "beginning to end" development.
