Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Enterprise Strategic Project and Portfolio Data Analysis?
ChristianaCare is searching for a Portfolio Analyst for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to support the EPMO Portfolio Manager in departmental activities including, but not limited to Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tool administration, new request management, portfolio monitoring, and strategic reporting & analysis on the enterprise portfolio.
Desired candidates should bring strong attention to detail, a passion for data analysis and reporting, exceptional in providing service, highly effective in communications, and curious and continuously looking for ways to innovate. This position is for someone who enjoys working with data to effectively analyze and report on the enterprise portfolio with an eye towards data quality and integrity.
Some responsibilities include:
- Provide Strategic Portfolio Management/Project Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) support to customers and stakeholders.
- Assess and assist in collecting the necessary information required on EPMO Requests and Projects.
- Ensure consistent intake and visibility for new requests, mapping for overall alignment to the CCHS Strategic Aspirations within the enterprise portfolio.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data in order to leverage data to drive insights and effective decision making.
- Analysis of incoming requests, related priorities, and business case justification to make informed decisions.
- Reporting and analysis across Service Lines, Roadmaps, and Strategic Aspirations against project intake requests evaluating remaining budget and capacity constraints.
Desired candidates will hold a Bachelor's Degree with a preferred emphasis in business, finance, management information systems (MIS), or project management from an accredited college or university. Two (2) years' experience in data analytics and report generation for project and portfolio management as well as two (2) to three (3) years knowledge and experience in project management and program management processes is required. Two (2) to three (3) years' experience is also required in working with Project and Program Management Tools (PPM) and/or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools. We are also looking for 2 years prior experience as a project or portfolio analyst in a similar industry or organization size.
