Manager, Organizational Development is responsible for organizational development initiatives across the organization including designing and delivering initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness. This position is also responsible for diagnosing organizational issues through data analytics. This position will focus on recommendations to improve key organizational outcomes including, patient experience, employee engagement and retention. The position requires the ability to collaborate with business leaders to assist in implementation of each initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement employee surveys focusing on clinical quality and employee engagement. Develop effective action planning approaches across the enterprise.
- Interpret, diagnose, and present/communicate data to affect organizational effectiveness. Design and implement appropriate interventions in a manner to minimize business disruption and maximize returns.
- Assess and diagnose root causes. Understands the interrelationships between multiple parts of the system (organizational group and individual).
- Design/choose appropriate strategies to drive employee recognition and engagement. Understands how those interventions will create desirable change
- Serve in a facilitation and process consulting role to assist a group toward a goal and conduct inquiries into individual and group processes.
- Develop client capability to enable the client to better plan and implement change in the future.
- Plans organizational structure and design which may include work flow, rewards, organizing and controlling, problem solving and decision making, environmental characteristics and technology factors.
- Up to 50% national travel.

Qualifications:This position requires a graduate level degree (Org Development, Industrial Psych, I/O psychology, MBA, or HR-related highly preferred). Position requires 5+ years of relevant experience working to design, develop and deliver organizational development and effectiveness initiatives within a large, multi-facility national company. A mixture of client-based OD experience, talent management and organization structure experience required. Individual must have experience working with all levels of an organization�s leadership to identify needs and then design programs for delivery to specific groups. Skills and experience in the following areas: Data analysis, project management, organizational design, employee engagement, survey design, strategic data collection and analytics/metrics also required. Must be an executive strategic partner, highly self-motivated, results and performance driven, strong collaborator with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
