OverviewAtlantic Health System is seeking full time multiple Certified Medical Assistants for AMG Primary Care at Randolph.
Mondays through Saturday commitment needed, weekend shift differential - 37.5 hours a week total
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
- The CMA will manage patient flow, room patients, perform vital signs, reviewing/updating patient history & medications in Epic, maintain and stock exam rooms, register & schedule patients, assist with phones, order clinical supplies, assist with in office procedures, act as a chaperone, scanning incoming results into Epic, reviewing overdue results in Epic, and all other tasks within their scope of practice that promote efficient work flow within the practice.
- Other responsibilities include phone management, scheduling appointments, greet and register patients, verify patient demographics, scan insurance and ID cards, and collect & post co-payments.
QualificationsEducation:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- EMR experience desired
- Proficiency in physician practice management system including scheduling and registration tasks essential
