• Provide design, deployment and data conversion of complex data solutions; including data validation, UAT and data quality practices.
• Capture data architecture metrics for benchmarking and trending to support quality of processes and related artifacts.
• Analyze detailed end user specifications and architect, design and develop solutions to accommodate business requirements.
• Responsible for creation and communication of data architecture, data integration, profiling standards and best practices.
• Provide developers and analysts with training and learning opportunities.
• Establish and participate in data management processes including data lineage, data profiling, data quality management and governance.
• Perform code reviews, design, and develop test plans for unit testing.
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements such as software upgrades.

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 10 years experience required
