OverviewAtlantic Health is seeking a full time CMA for AMG Women's Health of Northern NJ (Oakland, Kinnelon & Totowa area). We have a rapidly growing practice with a supportive and dynamic office culture. Opportunities for mentorship available and we are accepting new grads.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
- The Certified Medical Assistant(CMA) will perform clinical as well as administrative functions i.e. manage patient flow, perform vital signs, patient intake.
- Will also oversee alll aspects of rooming patients, handle patient messages and communication, administer immunizations to adult and pediatric patient population.
- Certfied Medical Assistant (CMA) will maintain exam room and supplies, register and schedule patients in a practice management system and other duties typical of a CMA in a physician practice.
QualificationsEducation:
- High school Diploma required
Qualifications/Requirements of Certified Medical Assistant:
- Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA required
- Post graduate CMA experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate physician schedule essential
