Responsible for the management and supervision of Home Health and Hospice’s  the day to day general ledger accounting activities including Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll and  Accounts Payable.  This position is also responsible for the  oversight of Home Health and Hospice revenue cycle that include Patient Accounting and Billing, Managed Care Liaisons (MCL) and Health Information Management (HIM)

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years experience in financial management in a hospital/healthcare environment
• Knowledge of reimbursement in Home Health and Hospice industry
• An analytical mind with excellent communication and organizational skills and sound decision making abilities

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Accounting /Finance or CPA
• Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
