The Learning Technologies System Analyst II works within the learning technologies team to ensure the successful operation technologies to drive optimum learning efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance for Christiana Care.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytics/Reporting
User Management
- Responsible for granting and removing system privileges, audience management, and merging profiles
Learning Administration
- Responsible for working with Instructional Designers to support the development and testing of eLearning Modules to be delivered through the LMS
- Responsible for communicating changes and system updates for supported technologies to affected users and key stakeholders
System Administration
Learning Technology Support Program
- Tier III Helpdesk Support
- Creates and/update Job Aids and Quick Reference Guides for End-Users
- Provides supports and mentorship to Tier II Helpdesk Support
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development.
- 3-5 years of equivalent experience in the field of business administration, informational technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
- 3-5 years' experience with Learning Management & Learning Content Management Systems
- Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred
- Proficiency in eLearning, mobile learning, and educational software
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and public relations.
- Ability to function as an active team member.
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills, tact and diplomacy required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle complex multi-task projects independently.
- Demonstrates expertise in required computer skills relevant to diverse project demands.
- Strong attention to detail including ability to edit documents and enter data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to develop training aids and instructional materials
- Learning Management Systems
- Works with minimal supervisionAbility to organize and manage time effectively as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple project
- Working knowledge of SCORM and/or AICC preferred
