Atlantic Health System is seeking a HIM Analyst for their Chilton Medical Center location. This incredible opportunity is a per diem, alternating weekend day shift.

Essential Functions:

• Scanning by rounding the inpatient units with scanners on wheels daily times.
• Scanning done in HIM of all outpatient documentation.
• Indexing, Quality Review and Archiving.
• Preps medical records from all services with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
• Ensures every pages contains a pt ID label and both sides are scanned if needed.
• Ensures the scanning quality is legible and easily readable for all services.
• Other projects as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Work in a timely manner, be accurate and detail - oriented.
• Needs to be able to work in a team.
• Preferred experience in HIM scanning and Q&R
• Flexible to be able to work at Hackettstown Medical Center if needed.
