The Sr. OD Consultant has organization-wide responsibility to assist senior leaders in improving their organization’s results and building their organization’s capability to achieve future challenges and realize Baylor Scott & White Health's ambition. While reporting to the strategic business services organization, the OD Consultant team will work in close connectedness to the OD Director to ensure a one-system approach across the Enterprise. These processes may include employee engagement, strategy and goal planning, organization assessment & design, mergers & acquisitions and change management.

You will be focused on organizational engagements and work in assigned HRBP teams as they support leaders improve performance and fortify engagement.  As a valuable member of the team, you are expected to build up the organizational capability to anticipate challenges and realize BSWH ambition.

Within assigned process ownership responsibilities, the Senior Consultant will create capability-building plans that increase the organizations capability, agility and effectiveness. These will include designing and implementing standardized processes and tools, education and training, and branding, communication and awareness-building

The ideal candidate for the Sr. OD Consultant role will have exceptional people skills and the ability to engage all levels of the organization.  Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations is key for this role.  The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, human resources management, training and performance improvement, and organizational development.  Society for Human Resource Management PHR/SPHR certification is encouraged.

QUALIFICATIONS

- EDUCATION - Bachelor's

- EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 6 years experience required

- Prosci Change Management certification highly preferred

- Change management practitioner experience preferred
