Join our dynamic leadership team as a Director of Risk Management in a multi-site federally qualified health center!  RiverStone Health Clinic is a public-model health center that is recognized by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home with distinction in Integrated Behavioral Health. We have a fully-integrated family medicine residency (Montana Family Medicine Residency) and are an approved site of the NYU-Langone Dental Residency. The Director of Risk Management will work closely with members of the Leadership Team, Staff and Clinic Providers to ensure compliance with grant requirements and applicable laws and regulations within the health center. The Risk Management program is directly linked to Quality Improvement, and this position involves close work with Quality Improvement.   We are looking for a Director of Risk Management who enjoys learning and teaching, working alongside staff at all levels, proactively identifying areas of risk and incorporating those into Action Plans. This position will lead and facilitate the risk identification process, lead proactive failure modes and effects analyses, post-report root cause analyses and case reviews, as well as education about risk mitigation. The Director of Risk Management will oversee the grants management process from application to close-out, and associated requirements as well as compliance with Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) requirements.  If you are detail-oriented, love risk management and serving others and you have the heart of a teacher, we look forward to hearing from you!

Bachelors Degree in a Related Field is required

Minimum of 3 years  experience in health care operations or similar is required

Supervisory experience is required

Experience in federally qualified health center is preferred but not required.
