Position Summary:
The Resource Management Center (RMC) Workforce Specialist Supervisor provides administrative and operational oversight of the timekeeping and scheduling functions for centralized clinical staffing and virtual constant observers for the Puget Sound Region. This position oversees the efficient maximization of MultiCares labor resource through ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained and electronic time and attendance records are approved for designated departments. The Supervisor will onboard new staff, train to changes in workflow, conduct quality audits, and provide audit feedback. The overall objective of the RMC Workforce Specialist Supervisor is to provide direction and guidance to Workforce Specialists, Virtual Constant Observers, attain staff engagement, and serve as the staffing and scheduling expert.Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience with staffing and time analysis, attendance management and time and attendance scheduling systems required
Previous experience in health care staffing and scheduling preferred.
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred.Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Two (2) years of post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and additional experience
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in Washington within 6 months of hire. Maintains active Washington CNA licensure.Position Type: Full-Time Regular
