A successful TeamHealth post-acute care medical director provides oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians within the Greater Raleigh area. Additional scope of practice includes conducting clinical case reviews as needed, share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care, actively participating in quality assurance measures, and representing TeamHealth by identifying, engaging and establishing/maintaining relationships within the post-acute care community. You will also ollaborate with clinicians and others regarding patient care and services, collaborate with leadership to develop care coordination initiatives and intervention plans, and perform other duties within the scope of practice and responsibilities.
