Description Job Summary : The Transfer Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Regional Operations Control Center (ROCC). Responsible for supervisory and administrative work in managing and coordinating the patient transfer process through the transfer center. Integrates a seamless transfer process, which includes the transfer of patients within, in and out of Vanderbilt University Medical Center facilities, with an emphasis on patient care needs. Establishes and updates policies and procedures that best fit the center in order to effectively carry out the transfer of patients. Builds and maintains open lines of communication between the transfer center staff and employees of the other facilities (
