Senior Counsel position will be expected to provide legal advice primarily focused on employment related issues, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, OSHA and similar subjects. The Senior Counsel will oversee and manage employment related litigation conducted by outside counsel. Additionally, this individual will be required to give training presentations to hospital personnel from time-to-time on legal issues that pertain to compliance with federal and state employment laws.
5-7 years of experience in employment law. Prior large law firm, healthcare and litigation experience is preferred.
