The Accreditation & Regulatory Coordinator will provide support to Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) Joint Commission accreditation and regulatory standards. This individual will facilitate other quality and performance/quality improvement projects. The Accreditation and Regulatory Coordinator supports, coordinates, identifies, prioritizes, and addressing non-compliance and other improvement opportunities. This individual will serve as a resource and facilitator and guides teams in meeting identified goals and demonstrating measurable improvement. The Accreditation & Regulatory Coordinator will assess adherence to MCHS patient care focused policies, processes, procedures, protocols and workflows designed to meet internal and external accreditation & regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communication, nursing, education, business or related field
Four years of experience with quality improvement, quality assurance, or quality control procedures and regulatory requirements or substantial knowledge of system processes
Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and produce output with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point; Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with process improvement tools preferred
