Position Summary: The Director of Urgent Care Operations position is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for MultiCares urgent cares within the Retail Health network and interdependent business unit and ensuring achievement of results. The Director will need to travel to the various clinics on a regular basis. This individual maintains responsibilities and oversight for the operations of the urgent cares including P/L management, clinical and operational management team, clinical safety, quality and compliance, and customer experience. The Director will collaborate closely with other Retail Health leadership including finance, marketing, quality/training/onboarding, occupational medicine, customer experience, human potential, strategy, and other team members.
Minimum Requirements: Eight years experience in practice management and/or clinical operations 5 years experience in managerial or supervisory capacity Demonstrated ability to deliver results and achieve key performance indicators Demonstrated track record and successful ability to work with physicians and physician groups in a collaborative manner and ability to work within a dispersed geography.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Masters degree business or healthcare or related field required. A Bachelors degree with 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for masters degree required, provided the individual commits to pursuing and completing the graduate degree within a specified time frame
