St. Lukes Health System in Boise is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to support our St. Lukes Clinic service lines and ambulatory/hospital-based operating units.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is accountable to drive performance across service lines and specialties that position St. Lukes Health System to meet its strategic objectives of accessible, affordability, and high-quality care. Responsible for translating system strategic priorities into daily operations. Directs and oversees stewardship with an emphasis on providing innovative and efficient utilization of resources and making strategic, programmatic, and operational decisions for designated operations. Responsible for program priorities and program design for areas of responsibility. The role will report to the Vice President of Operations and function in partnership service line administrative and physician leadership, work collaboratively with other operating units and shared services functions across St. Lukes Health System, and participate in operational governance activities.
This role will have responsibility for the Heart & Vascular, St. Lukes Cancer Institute, Neuroscience, and Womens & Childrens services lines.
