The IT Systems Analyst will primarily assist with the implementing/maintaining/decommissioning activities for the regulatory, clinical quality, and patient safety and risk solutions deployed throughout the Tenet/USPI enterprise. Frequent collaboration with Tenet and/or USPI users and solution vendors is required.
Act as a liaison between Tenet/USPI regulatory, clinical quality, patient safety and risk teams, clinical end-users, and third-party vendors. Assist with the system processes, workflows, content, and all other duties as assigned.
Responsible for documenting and modifying user requests into technical documentation and/or TenetOne.
Plans, organizes, and assists with acquisition and/or divestiture activities that impact the regulatory, clinical quality, patient safety, and risk solutions our team supports.
Actively participates with team(s) during installation of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Prepare and support users by designing and/or conducting training programs.
Flex into project management role as needed to schedule and facilitate project kick-offs, SCRUM meetings, develop high level milestones & sprint organization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge with current technologies and technical developments at Tenet/USPI and the healthcare industry.

Requires experience in change management, project management, quality improvement methods and tools, data analysis methods and tools, decision support methods and tools, and electronic healthcare application.
Industry training and experience in the implementation of large and complex Information Systems in a healthcare environment.
Ability to analyze data and develop system integration through a variety of interface types.
Take ownership of tasks and complete those tasks accurately and efficiently.
Be able to work with various internal groups and teams.
Possess the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous project tasks and deadlines in an implementation and production environment.
Must be able to serve as a resource and to share knowledge and skills with others.
Must work with all departments, vendors, and project teams to implement and maintain a high quality, process driven solution that meets the process and technology requirements for Tenet and USPI hospitals.
Be able to mentor other analysts and end user team members on a technical level that they can comprehend.
