aEURC/ To create and manage organizational networks, including healthcare systems, payers, collaboratives, employers or other networks, who will work to facilitate adoption of high-performance care models across the healthcare system aEURC/ To build, grow and manage a networked community of national, regional and local healthcare professionals interested in the implementation of healthcare delivery improvement The successful candidate will create and manage relationships between the Center, networks of health systems and a community of healthcare professionals focused on system improvement. The main responsibilities of the job include: aEURC/ Identifying organizational networks, including healthcare systems, payers, collaboratives, employers or other network systems, that could support the Center's efforts to scale models of care that improve quality of care and lower costs aEURC/ Develop an assessment method and tools to understand capabilities for a network to drive quality and cost improvement aEURC/ Establish and communicate the value proposition for networks to engage with the Center in efforts to spread high-performance models of care aEURC/ Performing analyses of network partner organizations to inform the Center's market and outreach strategy aEURC/ Design an infrastructure to support a rapidly expanding network of organizational relationships and interactions aEURC/ Designing policies and terms of engagement with network organizations aEURC/ Developing a relationship management program and performance assessment tools aEURC/ Monitoring trends among healthcare provider networks that could impact the Center's work aEURC/ Recruiting healthcare professionals at various levels (nationally recognized, regional influencers and grasstops/root level) into a national network aEURC/ Developing online and offline programs to drive interaction and connectivity among members aEURC/ Developing content to support learning and skills development among network members aEURC/ Designing strategies to drive uptake and usage of content developed by the Center to improve healthcare delivery ExpereinceaEURC/ Ability to identify and develop new partnership opportunitiesaEURC/ Track record of building and maintaining business relationships aEURC/ Ability to conduct and manage complex organizational mapping exercises to inform marketing and engagement strategies aEURC/ A deep understanding of how to build and manage online and offline communities aEURC/ Experience increasing online community participation from initial interest to online engagement to offline activity aEURC/ Experience developing programs to support offline and online knowledge transfer including conferences, seminars, online meet-ups aEURC/ Experience developing content and programs for national elites as well as grasstops/roots aEURC/ Campaign development and implementation skills aEURC/ Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills aEURC/ Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment aEURC/ Strong negotiation skills aEURC/ Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate and excellent listening skills aEURC/ Experience in healthcare is desired, but not requiredEducationaEURC/ 7-10+ years of experience in developing strategic partnerships, community or professional network development, engagement and activation aEURC/ Bachelor's degree required, Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred aEURC/ Passion for social entrepreneurship and improving healthcare
