System Director of Human Resources

Bozeman Health, the largest private employer in the Gallatin Valley, consists of the flagship Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital, Bozeman Health Medical Group, Highland Park Medical Campus, a real estate development corporation, and Bozeman Health Big Sky Medical Center. In addition the system includes 26 ambulatory care sites, Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living, an outpatient services center, same-day surgery center, clinical research group, urgent care and a charitable foundation.  

The System Director of Human Resources will lead the human resources team in the alignment and implementation of strategies consistent with the operating plan. He/She will be accountable for setting and ensuring high quality, standards and effectiveness for human resources throughout the system. It is expected that the System Director will foster an environment of inclusion, continuous improvement, learning and accountability.

The chosen leader will possess the following experience:

• Minimum of five years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
• Demonstrated management capability and broad knowledge of HR services.
• Strong interpersonal skills; an interest in developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
