Job Summary:

Whoever holds this position will provide patient care oversight and manage staffing, quality of care and regulatory requirements for both our Home Care and Hospice programs. This person will be responsible for Quality Improvement initiatives and the direction of clinical education and competency. This person will also serve as mentor to nurses and identify growth opportunities and educational needs. Direct reports include as follows: Home Health & Hospice RNs, LPNs, MSWs, Chaplains and Dietician.

Will cover for the Administrator in her absence.
