The Multi-Channel Content Specialist will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the digital marketing team�s strategy for multi-channel personalization and dynamic content delivery. This position will be hands on in Marketo and identify, tag and place all assets for multi-channel, dynamic delivery -- web, email, social, and online paid advertising -- onto the appropriate platforms.
The primary responsibilities will be to manage the digital marketing assets, including copy and images, to engage patients and consumers with dynamic, multi-channel, personalized experiences. This includes cataloging available assets by location, delivery channel, service line and funnel stage; identifying gaps and prioritizing new asset creation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement and coordinate the strategy for multi-channel personalization and dynamic content
- Identify, modify, tag and place all assets for multi-channel, dynamic delivery onto the appropriate platforms
- Assist with development of service line campaigns and marketing assets such as landing pages, forms, emails and e-newsletters; query segmentation; QAing and putting into production in our CRM/ MA ecosystem and integrated platforms such as deploying forms on owned websites
- Catalog assets, including copy and images, into a searchable database
- Perform a content audit, identify gaps and prioritize new asset creation
- Work with the digital, creative and content teams to modify assets so that they are optimized for each delivery channel and funnel stage
- Create new content where needed for purposes of email marketing
- Proactively ensure all assets maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance including adherence to Tenet�s MARS (Marketing Advertising Review System) guidelines
- Assist with editing and QA of copy
- Assist with image selection, resizing, cropping and optimization for each delivery channel
- Recommend more efficient ways to delivery multi-channel, personalized consumer experiences and apply best practices efficiently across all campaigns by leveraging the capabilities of the Marketo and Sitefinity platforms including: global application, tokens, snippets, each platform�s dynamic capabilities, and artificial intelligence
- Recommend ways to make all online touchpoints more engaging, higher performing, and more efficient � taking advantage of existing tools and technology at hand
- Proactively ensure all our digital communications (email, direct mail, SMS, etc.) maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics and legal compliance, including HIPAA, ADA, California Consumer Privacy Act and GDPR
- Ensure seamless, multi-channel user experience and tracking between our marketing assets and web properties
- Innovate on and expand our existing marketing automation programs and technology stack with more sophisticated journeys, optimized solutions and new features
- Assist department leaders with presentations and ad hoc requests
Qualifications:Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s Degree, 2+ years marketing experience ideally in marketing, media or related
- Experience using dynamic content to deliver multi-channel, personalized experiences
- Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation(Preferably Marketo), web and social platforms
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and how assets should be modified to optimize them for each funnel stage and delivery platform
- Experience tagging assets for dynamic delivery
- Strong understanding of image optimization for each delivery channel
- Prefer experience creating efficient solutions for managing assets used across multiple brands
- Excellent organization, project management and communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including superior editing, proofreading and presentation skills
