DetailsSalary:$76,923.43 AnnuallyType:Full Time - ExperiencedDiscipline:ExecutivePreferred Education:4 Year DegreeThe Weld County Public Health department in Greeley, CO is searching for a Business/Clinic Manager to plan, coordinate, and administer the daily operations of a public health clinic to ensure an efficient and effective operation. Supervise all clinical support staff in the Public Health Services Division. Responsible for the supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing. Responsible for staff scheduling, financial goals, quality, service environment and regulatory compliance. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, equipment and supply purchases, and clinic maintenance. REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Administrative Services/Management or related field or combination of education and experience that provides the employee the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the required job.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years in management in a clinic setting or other similar setting AND 3 years of supervisory-level experience managing and leading a business unit or department.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Must have the ability to be reached (such as on a cell phone) and work outside of normal business hours as necessary, especially during emergencies and as needed by the Department leadership.
Have and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and use of personal, insured vehicle is required to perform job duties. Dependable transportation and auto insurance, maintained at all times, as required by State law, is required.
Candidate must pass a criminal background check.
