Vanderbilt University Medical Center is recruiting for an emergency services operations expert for an Administrative Director role in our adult emergency room. Experience in emergency room operations management desired but not required. This is non-nursing position.
Your Role: During the first year, the successful candidate will demonstrate results in the following areas:
Build successful partnerships with physician and nursing partners in the ER
Effective creation and management of a multi-million-dollar budget for large Level 1 Trauma Center
ER Supply Chain Management
Improve ER throughput

Our emergency room is the Level 1 Trauma Center for Middle Tennessee with 92 treatment areas and four (4) trauma bays. We see over 70,000 patients annually. We are Nashville's only academic medical center.
